At Oryvyn.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Eligibility

Products Eligible for Return

You may return most items purchased from Oryvyn.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Item includes all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Item has not been damaged or altered
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products or downloadable content (unless defective)
  • Subscription services after activation
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards or promotional codes
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@oryvyn.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide you with:

  • Return authorization number (RA#)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Important: Do not ship items back without a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include the return authorization number inside the package
  • Ship the item using the provided label or tracking method
  • Keep your tracking number for reference

Refund Process

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Issued: 5-10 business days to original payment method
  • Total Time: Approximately 7-15 business days from when we receive your return

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card refunds appear within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds appear within 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days

Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: Original purchase price (minus original shipping costs)
  • Partial Refund: May be issued for items not in original condition
  • No Refund: Items that don't meet return eligibility criteria

Return Shipping Costs

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

You pay for return shipping if:

  • You changed your mind about the purchase
  • You ordered the wrong item
  • You no longer need the item

We pay for return shipping if:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Item doesn't match description
  • Item is missing parts or components

How to Get Free Return Shipping

If eligible for free return shipping, we will provide you with a prepaid return label via email.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.


Damaged or Defective Items

Report Within 7 Days

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of damage or defect
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Photos of shipping label (if applicable)

Our Response

We will:

  • Provide a full refund, or
  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Offer store credit for future purchases

You will not be charged return shipping for damaged or defective items.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account - Processing times vary by financial institution
  2. Contact your credit card company - It may take time for refunds to post
  3. Contact your bank - There may be processing delays
  4. Contact us - Email support@oryvyn.com if you still haven't received your refund

Canceled Orders

Before Shipment

Orders can be canceled free of charge before they ship. Contact us immediately at support@oryvyn.com to cancel your order.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once you receive the item.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method

Non-Deliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

You will be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
  • Return shipping costs charged by carrier
  • Restocking fee (if applicable)

We will issue a refund for the product cost only, minus the above fees.


Restocking Fees

In most cases, we do not charge restocking fees. However, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if:

  • Item is returned after 30 days (but within 60 days)
  • Original packaging is damaged or missing
  • Item shows signs of use beyond inspection
  • Item is missing accessories or components

International Returns

Return Shipping

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Customs and Duties

  • We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes on returns
  • These fees are non-refundable
  • Contact your local customs office with questions

Refund Currency

Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase. Exchange rate fluctuations may result in a different amount than originally paid.


Digital Products & Services

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download is complete or access code is revealed.

Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time
  • Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle

Exceptions

We may provide refunds for digital products if:

  • Technical issues prevent access or use
  • Product is materially different from description
  • Product is defective or corrupted

Gift Returns

With Gift Receipt

If you received an item as a gift:

  • Contact us with the gift receipt or order number
  • We will issue store credit equal to the item's current value
  • Store credit has no expiration date

Without Gift Receipt

We cannot process returns without proof of purchase. Please contact the gift giver for the order information.


Store Credit

Store credit issued for returns:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used for any purchase on Oryvyn.com
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Is non-transferable
